Can you guess where I am now?

This is the Franjo Tudman Bridge in Dubrovnik Croatia.  It is one of the largest single pylon, cable-stayed bridges in the world.

Here I am walking within the walls of the Old City of Dubrovnik.

If you ride the cable car to the top of Srd Hill you get great view of the Old City of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic sea.  Of course just to the south of the cross you may find some cash.  Good luck.
